This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a two-storey, detached single-family house and is a little up the slope on the south-east side of the little town Salò in a villa district, a ten-minute walk from the lakeside promenade and the centre.
The bedroom and living room each open onto a little balcony. Both balconies are partially furnished with a table, double bench and two deckchairs. You can end your evening sociably with a leisurely glass of wine and a fabulous panoramic view of Lake Garda and Salo bay. A garden is available for shared use. The site is fully fenced in, so pets can also run around freely. Two pets are allowed on request. A private outdoor car parking space is available free of charge.
The apartment of around 52m² has an interior of a higher than average standard, comprising a living and dining room with a sofa bed (120cm wide) for one person, satellite TV including German channels, a stereo system, and a dining table for up to four people. The room also includes an open kitchen equipped with an oven, an electric/gas stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a French bed (140cm wide). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer. A washing machine and a dryer are available for shared use free of charge in the building. All the rooms have heating, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. All the rooms feature natural wood ceilings and parquet flooring, as well as soundproofed glass and security doors and windows. The hallway, bathroom and entrance area are laid with Carrara marble. It is a ten-minute walk to the beach with a variety of water sports, a restaurant and bars. It is about a 15-minute walk to shops. If you enjoy sports activities on holiday, there are water sports as well as a golf course (ca. 6km), riding facilities (ca. 5km), a swimming pool (ca. 500m), a tennis court (ca. 3km), a football ground (ca. 350m), hiking trails (ca. 250m). The long lakeside promenade is a 12-minute walk away.
You can rent a mooring for a motorboat for a fee, as well as go on motorboat trips, book a masseur at the house and hire bicycles and motorbikes. As the owners live in the house themselves, they are available to assist with any queries.
