Enjoy a pleasant vacation in Friesland in this practically furnished chalet in Tzummarum. The chalet has a quiet location on the edge of the vacation park. Relax with your family and friends on the terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding meadows. The garden is fenced with a beech hedge, which is 60 cm high at the lowest point. There are two wooden gates, one with 60 cm height, the other with 80 cm. Here you stay in a welcoming vacation park in the province of Friesland, it is well suited for families with children. Here you will find a swimming pool with separate children's pool, cafeteria, playground, table tennis, tennis court and volleyball court. At the reception you can rent bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is available in the reception area. The immediate surroundings of this vacation home have much to offer. Take a hike through the unique nature of the Wadden Sea. By bike or on foot you can travel along the dike towards Harlingen, with views of the Wadden Sea on one side, and the typical terps with authentic farms on the other. The beautiful harbor town of Harlingen is only 14 km away. Here you will find a beach and many stores, but you can also admire the town hall, the lighthouse and the Zuiderhaven marina. From Harlingen, the ferry goes to the Wadden Islands of Vlieland and Terschelling, which are definitely worth a visit. Only 5 km from the vacation home is Franeker, known from the Eleven Cities Tour. Make a visit here to the old town and the planetarium. 22 km from the vacation home is Leeuwarden, the capital of Friesland. On cooler days you can visit with your children the indoor playground Aeolus, which is only 5 km away and offers many activities. There is especially much to discover in the glass pyramid. The vacation home is located about 7 km from the indoor swimming pool Bloemketerp in Franeker.
