Maisonette holiday apartment, ideal for up to 22 persons



Our accommodation is situated amidst St. Andreasberg. There is a supermarket diagonally opposite that is also open on Sunday morning and delivers bread rolls. There is a playground in the nearby Kurpark.



Welcome to our maisonette apartment of 240m² spread over three floors of a house built in 1750 and carefully renovated in 2017, with modern furnishing and décor. There is plenty of space here, whether it is a holiday with a large family, a class trip or a weekend trip with a group of friends. The large apartment starts on the first floor and rises a further two floors to the attic. The first floor comprises two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with three double sofa beds and further seating, a kitchen and two shower rooms. The second floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed, three bedrooms each with two single beds and two shower rooms. The third floor has a bedroom with four single beds and a lounge with a double sofa bed. All the bedrooms and lounges are heated antiallergenically with infrared heat and have a flat-screen TV. In the case of one person per sofa bed, the apartment can accommodate a total of 22 people, or 26 people if there are two guests per sofa bed. The dining table 3.8 metres long in the kitchen invites you to enjoy leisurely games evenings in the autumn and winter, or to end fine days in the spring or summer with a glass of wine and a homemade meal. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of tableware.



There is a payable and lockable garage for skis, motorbikes and bicycles on request. Wi-Fi can be used free of charge, as well as car parking spaces (on the roadside in front of the site for cars, in the courtyard behind the house for motorbikes).



Laundry packages can be booked for a fee (hand and bath towel, complete set of bed linen). Please inform us on time after booking (at the latest 3 days before arrival) whether and how many laundry packages are required, as well as the approximate arrival time (possible from 15.00).
