Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, washing machine, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
Upper floor: Kitchen in the living room (walk-through room) with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas stove (3 flames), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony.
