The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

Pazin, district Frankovići. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot on the property.

Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1,4 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.
