Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten sowie einem Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten (davon ein Kajütenbett). Dem Doppelzimmer ist ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC angeschlossen. Eine zweite Nasszelle mit Dusche und WC befindet sich im Gang. Der offene Wohnbereich enthält eine Kochnische, einen Esstisch und ein Schlafsofa (zum Ausklappen) und weitere Sitzgelegenheiten. Auf dem Bett-Sofa können 2 Personen schlafen. Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Kochherd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden, auch ein Racletteofen und ein Fonduecaquelon. Der runde Esstisch ist ausziehbar, das Zusatzbrett ist neben der Balkontüre deponiert.
Der Wohnbereich bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf die Nordseite der Walliser Alpen. Das gilt auch für den sonnigen Balkon, der von einem Rasenplatz auf der Ostseite ergänzt wird, wo ein Grill und Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über gratis WLAN.
In der Garage befinden sich vier Mountainbikes mit Helm zur freien Benutzung.
Auf der Ostseite des Appartementhaus (hinter der Hecke beim Rasenplatz) führt ein Fussweg ins Dorf.
In fünf Minuten erreicht man das Zentrum und die verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants. Dort befindet sich auch ein Sportzentrum mit Eisfeld, ein grosser Kinderspielplatz, ein Schlittelhügel, ein Tennisplatz und ein Freibad (offen im Sommer). Im Hotel "Nendaz 4 Vallées" gibt's Gelegenheit zum Wellnessen im "Spa de Bisses".
In 10 Minuten Fussmarsch erreichen Sie die Bahn, die Sie in eines der grössten Skigebiete der Schweiz "4 Vallées" führt. Auch führt Sie ein gratis Skibus, der direkt unterhalb der Wohnung hält, zur Bahnstation.
