This apartment consists of a spacious living / dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two separate single beds, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet with sink. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed which is intended for up to 2 children. From the living area you have direct access to the terrace of this apartment. The terrace is furnished with chairs and has an awning which serves as sun protection.
Behind the house is a fantastic pool area with a 32 m² and 1.6 m deep swimming pool. Right next to it there is a sauna, some sports equipment and a bar.
The apartment has a private parking space which is provided free of charge.
A footpath leads from the house to the town center and the nearest beach called Kastel. Although the house is in a quiet location, the town center with restaurants, cafes, shops, excursion boats and many other leisure activities are only a few minutes' walk away.
The property of the house is equipped with video surveillance and completely fenced. The opening of the entrance gate and the apartment doors is equipped with a modern card system.
For special occasions such as birthdays or the like, you can use the breakfast room for celebrations after consultation with the landlord.
