Our family-friendly holiday home is located in a quiet and sunny hillside location between Bad Kleinkirchheim and St. Oswald at almost 1,300 m above sea level. Just a 10-minute walk to the Nockalmbahn gondola station and 5 minutes by car to the Brunnachalmbahn gondola station, the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim and the Bad Kleinkirchheim thermal baths.
Free parking and parking spaces for cars (1 parking space per apartment) are available.
Our in-house sauna is also available to our guests. A morning pastry delivery service is offered by the local baker.
With us you also have the opportunity to purchase organic wines, schnapps and juices from our own production. When you arrive, we will welcome you with a homemade “schnapps” in our reception, which is the meeting point for our guests in the house. There is a cozy seating area and an espresso machine.

Only 5 minutes by car to the Brunnachalmbahn gondola station, the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim and the Bad Kleinkirchheim thermal baths. 15 minutes by car to Lake Millstätter See.
A children's playground with table tennis table, a lawn with sun loungers and a barbecue area can be used by our guests. Free parking and storage spaces for cars (1 parking space per apartment) and bicycles are available.
