Welcome to our cosy, lovingly run, family-run Haus Sonnenheim. Here you will experience down-to-earth comfort, genuine Tyrolean hospitality and loving attention to detail. Our house impresses with its convenient location close to the centre and the mountains. Hiking, mountain and climbing tours can be started directly from the house. Shops, restaurants, the starting point of the cross-country ski trail and the bus stop as well as the Aqua Dome - the Tirol Therme Längenfeld - are in the immediate vicinity. The top ski areas of the Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl and the Hochoetz family ski area) can be reached with the free ski bus.

Completely newly renovated flat (approx. 70 m²) with 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms (1x bathtub and shower/WC and 1x shower/WC). Spacious, fully equipped kitchen-cum-Living room (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and much more) with dining area and flat-screen TV. Enjoy cosy hours on our furnished balcony. Up to three double rooms - and breakfast - can be booked in addition to the flat.
