Welcome to our family-run and child-friendly farmhouse - embedded in the picturesque Stubai and Ötztal Alps - nestling on the idyllic, high Alpine plateau of Niederthai amidst lush green meadows and plenty of space to relax and romp around. Enjoy stunning views of the Alpine scenery, unwind far away from noisy traffic routes and the worries of everyday life in a sunny spot. Breathe clear mountain air, drink refreshing Alpine water and choose from myriad summer and winter activities (climbing, hiking, jogging, Nordic walking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hiking).

    “Wir waren in Niederthai zum ersten Mal und haben uns in das Ort verliebt und würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen. Und natürlich zum Sonnenhof! Positiv: Wunderschöne Gegend, tolle Aussicht aus dem Fenster, moderne und schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung.Die Gastfamilie ist sehr nett. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und schöne Wanderwege!”
