Our house is located in a small village at 1.700 m, between Sölden and the mountain climbing village and the Vent ski area. The Ober- and Hochgurgl ski area can be reached by car in around 25 minutes.

Enjoy the idyllic tranquility with us in summer and winter.

The ideal place for canoeists, as we are located directly on the Hl. Kreuzklamm on the upper Venter Ache.

Ideal for a cozy holiday in the middle of the enchanting Ötztal Alps. For those who are not looking for a party.

    “Das Haus liegt in einem schmalen Tal (links und rechts von Bergen eingekesselt). Die Straße bergauf zur Unterkunft ist recht aufregend mit Wasserfall, Brücke und engen Kurven. Schneeketten sind ganz hilfreich.
    Die Vermieter sind nett. Positiv: Ruhe, Ausstattung Negativ: Durch die Berge ist es recht dunkel. Der Bauernhof verteilt typische Bauernhofgerüche. Kochnische ohne Fenster, die Balkontür ist am anderen Ende des Zimmers. Es riecht dann etwas länger nach dem Essen. Beste Reisezeit: Winter - Die Skigebiete Sölden, Ober- und Untergurgl sind mit dem Skibus in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Die Skibushaltestelle ist ca. 300m vom Haus entfernt. Umgebung: Nichts ;o). Es ist ein eine kleine Ansiedlung von 3-5 Häusern inklusive Bauernhof (bewirtschaftet). Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zu Fuß eine Einkaufs- oder Einkehrgelegenheit zu erreichen.”
