Holiday cottage on 1200 m2 closed natural plot approx. 100 m from the water. The house has been renovated from 2007-2011. The house has a conservatry with wicker furniture, living room with wood-burning stove and 2 bedrooms. The mattresses in the bunk room can be reversed, so there is both a soft and hard side. 75 m² terrace. The house is located close to the beach on a lovely, enclosed plot.

    “Strandnähe, schöner Garten, Drahtzaun um den Heckenzaun notwendig für Hund, 3 Sonnenterrassen für jede Tageszeit. Waren heuer das 5. Mal im Raum Ebeltoft (2. Mal in diesem Haus). Ideal zum Wandern (Strände, Naturschutzgebiete), Ebeltoft: Fregatte, Glasmuseum, Kalø Slot Ruine, wunderschöne Hundezone(n) im Wald, Aarhus (neues Kunstmuseum, Den Gamle By, Botanischen Garten), Aalborg (reizende Kleinstadt, jedoch 2 Stunden Fahrtzeit).”

    “Das Grundstück eignet sich hervorragend für Hundebesitzer. Ein großer eingezäunter Garten lädt zum Spielen ein.
    Den tollen naturbelassenen Strand hat man nach zwei drei Gehminuten erreicht. Ausgiebige Spaziergänge kann man hier machen.
    Das Ferienhaus selber ist schon etwas älter, weshalb die ein oder andere Reparatur notwendig ist. Beispielsweise war die Terrassenschiebetür schwergängig. Nach einer selbst durchgeführten Reparatur ging sie wieder. Auch sollte der Duschvorhang ausgetauscht werden.
    Mobiliar, Geschirr und Besteck waren in ausreicher Anzahl vorhanden. Auch waren auf den drei möglichen Außensitzplätzen jeweils Stühle und Tische vorhanden.
    Radio, Fernsehen (auch deutsche Kanäle) und freier Internetzugang sind sehr positiv zu bewerten.”

    “Für Hundebesitzer ideal, da Zaun um gesamtes Grundstück. Wunderschöner, langer Strand. Einkaufen und Restaurants nur in Ebeltoft möglich. Haus für 2 Erwachsene und maximal 2 Kinder(bis 10 Jahre) geeignet wegen der Betten. Schöner Garten mit Tischen und Stühlen, aber keine Sonnenliegen.”
