Nice sea-side holiday villa for rent in a lovely location overlooking the waterfront of Cala Llonga. Cala D'Or marina which is only a short walk from the villa. Swimming pool with child area. Ping pong table and Billard.The house is located at the entrance to Cala Llonga, by the first berth, 240m from the nearest sandy cove Caló des Pou and 500 m. to Cala Egos centre.

Barraca den Bota is a nice sea-side accommodation arranged in three levels with bright rooms and fantastic views over the sea. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (with an utility room), a spacious open-plan lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas and a long dining table. There is also a guest toilette.On the first floor there is a twin and a double bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to a terrace with great sea views. The top floor has two more bedrooms: a double room -with access to its own terrace with wonderful sea views- and a twin room with which share a full bathroom.

The covered terrace with a table and chairs enjoys wonderful sea views with constantly changing views of boats sailing past to the marina. The swimming pool has a child area max 1.8m with metal steps is child-friendly as if has a special safety guard that creates a shallow end for splashing separate from the deeper part for swimming. By the pool there is a sun-terrace looking out towards the sea, with sun-beds, a tennis table and a portable barbecue; the perfect spot to enjoy the pleasant summery days. The house has a number of steps and therefore care needs to be taken with young children and the elderly.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, with fixed and limited timetable.

Important note on cleaning: For bookings of up to 7 nights, cleaning is already included in the fees. For bookings of 8 nights or more, an additional 33 euros must be paid directly to the property management for each additional night.
