Großzügige drei- Zimmer Atelierwohnung mit zwei Französischen Balkonen und Teil-Meerblick in sehr ruhiger Wohnlage. Schlafzimmer (1) mit Doppelbett, eine Galerie mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die kleine Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine neu ausgestattet. .
Die Wohnung ist über eine etwas steilere Treppe begehbar.
Auf Grund der baulichen Gegebenheiten ist diese Wohnung nur für Erwachsene Geeignet.

    “Positiv: Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
    Die Wohnung war schön groß und hell.
    Sehr modern eingrichtet.Ein grosses DANKESCHÖN für das Gastgeschenk Negativ: Die Endreinigung war nicht gerade schön.Wir haben vom Vormieter Eispapiertüten unter dem Ehebett gefunden.Spinn und Staubweben wurden auch nicht entfernt.Die Dielen knarren sehr laut so das die unteren Nachbarn fragen was man oben macht.Die Heizungsanlage blubbert abends und nachts.Der Wasserdruck ins auch nicht besonders gut. Freizeit: Der Eselpark ist schön für kleinere Kinder in Nessendorf.
    Der Grömitzer Strand und Stadt ist auch sehr schön.
    Auf Fehmarn kann man ein u Boot und Rettungsschiff besichtigen.
    In Süsel kann man Wasserski fahren und in Haffkrug gibt es auch einen schönen sauberen Strand”
