Our newly furnished holiday apartment with 60 m² of living space offers space for 1 - 6 people (max. 3 adults).

The entire apartment is lovingly furnished with reference to the Ore Mountains. There is a possibility of summer and winter barbecues and to linger in the garden. You can use a parking space in the courtyard or in front of the house free of charge.

An e-charging station is located approx. 100m away. WiFi is available.

You will be surprised how many excursion destinations, sights and leisure activities we have put together and made visible for you. In the village itself, leisure facilities and an outdoor swimming pool can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

The Schwibbogen production under the brand “KerMärchen” is located in-house.

The entire apartment is lovingly furnished with reference to the Ore Mountains. The living room offers ambience and comfort. A sofa set and a futon bed serve to relax and linger; The large extendable table can be used for socializing and playing. A television is available. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and cooling compartment, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and egg cooker as well as a dining area allow individuality and effectiveness.

The apartment has a bedroom with real wood furniture (two single or double beds, a loft bed and a sofa bed and a closet). You can also use a hand-painted baby cot. The bathroom has a toilet, bathtub, wash basin, mirror, stool, cupboards, towel dryer and underfloor heating. WiFi is available.

Conditions:

Payment is made on site in cash.
A prepayment of 20% can be calculated after booking.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price.

Corona-related cancellations (illness, positive PCR test, quarantine) can be made free of charge up to the day before arrival with appropriate evidence.

Arrival is possible from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys are handed over personally on site.
Pets are not allowed.
A baby cot can be provided on request (free of charge).
The price includes towels, 1 car parking space in the courtyard and WiFi.
