Pretty gîte situated on a hill, against an old flour mill, in the immediate vicinity of Carcassonne. The region is rich in activities: the Malepère massif is 2 kms away, ideal for walking and mountain biking. From a cultural point of view, the beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne is only 15 minutes away by car and there are also many tourist attractions within easy reach (Toulouse, Narbonne, Fontfroide Abbey...)

Please note that the proximity of the D119 may cause some noise pollution; however, the exterior of the gite with the garden furniture and barbecue is on the other side.

 The gite is entirely on one level, with a large living room-kitchen bar. In the sleeping area, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (140cm). The second bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). Shower room and separate toilet. Unfenced land
