The Gite Naturazen 81 is adjoining the accommodation of the owners, very welcoming and available but can totally withdraw to leave you complete privacy. It is at the end of a hilly path in the countryside, in a rural, flowery and wooded environment. Between Albi, Toulouse and Montauban a few kilometers from Salvagnac and Gaillac, it is a haven of peace in the middle of nature, conducive to healing, relaxation and meditation.
Old farmhouse with raw earth walls. The decor style is rustic with parquet floors.
On the ground floor:
- open kitchen (14m²) fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, vacuum cleaner, food processor, coffee maker, kettle, citrus press, toaster...
- living room (13.5m²) with table for 12 persons, radio
- living room (24m²) with cathedral ceiling, equipped with two sofas, tv, stove/wood insert 70 cm
- bedroom (11m²) with bed 160x200, private bathroom (bath) with toilet + washing machine. This room overlooks a covered sun terrace and sheltered, equipped with a garden furniture. Table and chairs, barbecue, drying rack.
On the floor:
- 2 bedrooms (9.50m² + 9m²), each with two beds in 90X180cm, bathroom, toilet. One has a window to the south, and the other has a roof window to the north.
Field:
Containing more than 200 varieties of flowers, flowering shrubs and trees, the 3 ha estate is totally organic. We do not use pesticides, fertilizers, insecticides or any industrial chemicals. Uncut areas promote biodiversity. Bees and butterflies are still present on the property. We are not hunters, except with cameras.
Independent cottage on two levels and adjoining the owners' accommodation. Owners very welcoming and available but can also leave you complete privacy.
The cottage has been restored from an old farmhouse with mud walls providing exceptional insulation.
The decor style is rustic with parquet flooring.
Ground floor :
- Fully equipped open kitchen (14m²): induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, vacuum cleaner, food processor, filter coffee maker, kettle, citrus press, toaster. Basic and household products are provided.
- Dining room adjacent to the kitchen (13.5m²) with table for 12 people, radio.
- Living room (24m²) with cathedral ceiling, equipped with two sofas, two armchairs, TV, 70 cm wood stove/insert.
- Bedroom (11.3m²) with a 160 x 200 bed with private bathroom/WC equipped with a washing machine, bathtub, hairdryer. This room overlooks a covered terrace, well exposed and sheltered, equipped with garden furniture. Table and chairs, barbecue, drying rack.
Upstairs : 2 bedrooms (9.50m² + 9m²), with two 90X180cm beds in each bedroom, shower room (8.80m²) and WC.
One has a regular window facing south, the other has a roof window facing north. Possibility of bringing the beds together in a room to make a double bed.

You will benefit from private land, parking and a 12mx7m swimming pool out of sight surrounded by a hedge, a badminton or volleyball court (in the park in front of the gîte) Gite and non-smoking exterior, maintaining a smoking area can be arranged on request.
Your host is fluent in English and can provide advices to visit the region.

Following incidents on the site, fire, cigarette and our friends animals are no longer accepted.
Apart from the electronic cigarette, this accommodation is everywhere non-smoking, inside and outside.
However, a smoking area can be arranged on request.
On weekdays, arrivals are made on Saturdays from 14:00, departures on Saturdays before 10:00.
On the evening of the first day, an aperitif is offered to allow the meeting and make the arrangements with the tenants.
