Literally at the foot of the Montagne Noire, at an altitude of 270m, this cottage is located in Négrin, in a neighborhood on the outskirts of Mazamet, where you can find the spirit of the villages of yesteryear. It is located near the new swimming pool and the greenway connecting Mazamet to the Hérault, the green way Passa Païs.

The cottage welcomes 4 people, thanks to its two bedrooms (2 beds in 140), a living room with open kitchen fully equipped, bathroom, toilet. A small courtyard on the front overlooks the mountain.

Located between the Atlantic and Mediterranean midis, Mazamet remains marked by an important industrial heritage, and does not forget its beautiful years, in the nineteenth century, when dilapidation occupied the leading roles in Mazamet. Mazamet is also the Cathar epic, the cradle of Catharism, that you can relive at the Maison des Mémoires. Nowadays, Mazamet is the Tarnaise capital of hiking, outdoor sports, swimming at Lake des Montagnès, mythical Pic de Nore. Mazamet has recently acquired a Hymalayenne Footbridge that overlooks the Arnette valley, allowing beautiful hikes in the Black Mountain.
