Unsere ganz neue und komfortable Ferienwohnung für 2-4 Personen (60m²) in einzigartiger Lage verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer (Doppelbetten 180 x 200), Dusche, WC, Balkon, TV, WLAN. Eigener Eingang!








Unser Haus befindet sich in besonders ruhiger Lage, am Ortsende von Schoppernau, mitten im Grünen. Direkt an der Langlaufloipe und Rodelbahn, Skibushaltestelle ca. 200 m entfernt.

Haus Gschwend 409, das sind wir, Theresa und Thomas Beer!

2021 erfüllten wir uns mit viel Eigenleistung und Holz den Traum vom Eigenheim. In der Natur und in den Bergen fühlen wir uns wohl und so haben wir bei unserem Holzhaus darauf geachtet, dass das Holz aus der Region stammt. Genauer gesagt aus dem Umkreis von 3 km.  

Unsere Ferienwohnung für 2-4 Personen (60m²) ist ausgestatten mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad mit Dusche und separatem WC. Die Wohnküche mit Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Bregenzerwälder Bergwelt.
