Only 10 minutes walk from the Cité de Carcassonne, you will discover L'Appart facing the Cité! This little cocoon for two welcomes you for any type of stay and thanks to its beautiful location you will be able to discover the treasures of the medieval city! In addition to the Cité, there are many places to discover such as the Canal du Midi, the banks of the Aude, the historic bastide town centre with all the shops and everything within easy reach of the gîte without taking the car. By car or bus you can also visit the Lac de la Cavayère on the outskirts of Carcassonne. Throughout the year there are events such as the magic of Christmas and the summer festivities (music festival, féria, local festivals...). On site, you will stay in a newly renovated flat with all the necessary comforts, located in a quiet area where you can park your car in the immediate vicinity. The gîte is on one level and comprises a living room with a sitting area (sofa and TV), a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine and multifunctional microwave) with a dining table. A beautiful suite with a queen size bed and an adjoining shower room with a walk-in shower and a washbasin. A separate toilet and a small dressing area complete the accommodation. All services are included (sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning). Baby equipment is available on request. WIFI connection throughout the flat, ideal for teleworking. Pets are accepted for an extra charge (10€ per pet).
