    “sehr gepflegtes kleines Anwesen mit allem was man im Alltag so brauch. Sehr schöne Terrasse, an der die Sommerabende mit dem Ausblick auf den See romantisch sind. OPTIMAL für Hundebesitzer. Abgeschlossenes Grundstück, sehr sauber und gepflegt wie das ganze Haus. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden da und werden wieder kommen. Preis Leistung ok.”

    “Die Vermietung war sehr nett und gastfreundlich - das Haus ist etwas dunkel, was bei gutem Wetter super bei schlechtem Wetter vielleicht nicht so toll ist. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber absolut ausreichend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern, zum See, in den Wald oder in die Berge. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.”

    “Das Haus ist einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett und die Sessel im Wohnzimmer sollten mal erneuert werden. Die Küche hat ausreichend Geschirr, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Pannini-Klappgrill (wie Waffeleisen). Ein Ameisenspray sollte mitgeführt werden! Man lebt sehr natürlich.
    Das Gartengrundstück mit gemauertem Grill und der überdachte Freisitz sind sehr ansprechend und gestatten erholsame Tage. Nicht für 4 Erwachsene geeignet, aber durchaus für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, die nicht jeden Tag drei Abenteuerspielplätze brauchen.
    Dieses Haus hat vom Garten und Freisitz aus einen fantastischen Blick über den ganzen See bis hinunter nach Bellagio. Die Zufahrt ist schmal aber gut ausgebaut und problemlos.

    Die deutschen SAT-Sender sind bis auf DW-TV inzwischen alle verschlüsselt und nicht zu empfangen.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

    Matratzen haben leider nur Sperrmüll-Niveau; Haus NICHT mit vier erwachsenen Personen nutzbar!!

    Für Hund ideal! - Viele "Freunde" im Weiler, komplett eingezäuntes
