Just outside Graulhet on the road to Lavaur, between the Pays de Cocagne and the Gaillac vineyards, you're at the centre of the Tarn region. For your holidays, there's something for everyone here: heritage visits, discovering the Gaillac vineyards, the oldest in France, Bastide country, dovecotes and charming little hilltop villages...

Large, detached gîte at the end of a small lane. Large front garden and courtyard, two terraces, horses graze in the meadow next door.

Private outdoor swimming pool and indoor spa in an annex. Boules pitch and trampoline outside. In a large shed, you will find a swing and slide, a trampoline again, a boules area, a badminton court, table tennis, table football, darts, etc., which can be used in all weathers.

The gîte is divided into two units, with all the equipment in duplicate, and can easily accommodate fourteen people with its six bedrooms. Ideal for groups, families or friends.

Ground floor: large living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, meeting room, wc.

Upstairs is a second living room with a second fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, six bedrooms, two shower rooms and wc.

Five double bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed, the sixth for four people (one 140x190 double bed + two 90x190 single beds).

Bed linen and towels provided, cleaning service at end of stay offered
