Narrow motor access. 200 m stepped path to the house. Public parking 200 m. Shop 800 m, supermarket 2.4 km, railway station "Como" 56 km, pebble beach "Spiaggia 'Madonnina'" 1.2 km. Marina 2.4 km, golf course (18 hole) 28 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.
