The 90 m² attic apartment, furnished in an Alpine lifestyle, offers space for up to four people with its two bedrooms with king-size box beds and a comfortable couch, plus a small child up to 3 years old, for whom we can provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request for a one-off fee of €20.00. The Alpseeliebe in the climatic health resort of Bühl is located exactly between the large and small Alpsee. Both lakes can be reached in a few minutes on foot and in summer offer the opportunity to do various water sports activities, relax in the sun or have a cold drink or ice cream directly on the lakeshore. In winter you can go to the cross-country ski trail right next door or go ice skating on the lake. Enjoy the summer days on our two balconies with mountain views and make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling tiled stove in winter! We look forward to seeing you!
In our completely newly renovated, open-plan attic apartment on the 2nd floor, nothing is left to be desired!
Cooking together, relaxing and dreaming by the tiled stove, chilling in front of the smart TV or having a leisurely breakfast on our two balconies - enjoy your vacation the way you like it!
In the bathroom you will find a bathtub, shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
A large corner bench offers space for all guests.
For very young guests up to 3 years old, we can provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request for a one-off fee of €20.
Of course there are bed linen and cozy towels for your stay.
Washing machine and dryer with coin-operated machines are in the basement.
With the Allgäu-Walsercard you can travel by bus through the Alpsee-Grünten area for free. The best thing: the bus stop is right in front of the house. So you can safely leave your car in our underground parking space!
The Kleiner Alpsee outdoor pool can be reached on foot in a few minutes, as can the sunbathing lawn, beer garden, the mini golf course, the Alpsee Skytrail or the beach bar at the Großer Alpsee. In short: a perfect starting point for all outdoor activities!
