The town centre, the main place of life for the people of Carcassonne, is only 10 minutes away on foot, so you can enjoy all the amenities within easy reach! Restaurants, food shops, supermarkets. The place will allow you to discover all the historical aspects of the city: Cité de Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, banks of the Aude, Cathedral and Church, old streets, you can do everything by car or on foot according to the sportsmen! Numerous events are offered in the summer (Festival de musique de la Cité, Féria) as well as for the festive periods (Magic of Christmas). During the summer months, you can cool off and spend the day at the aquatic centre or at the Lac de la Cavayère, which is very lively in summer. On site, the parking is private and secure inside the property. During your stay you will have a fully private terrace equipped with a bioclimatic pergola, garden furniture with barbecue and above all a fabulous SPA on the terrace to relax and unwind at any time of the day. A second terrace located at the back of the gite with access from one of the bedrooms is also private. The gîte is on one level and adjoining the owners' house. It comprises a living room with a sitting area (sofa, armchair and TV), a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining table. A first bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a double bed. An independent shower room with shower and washbasin. An independent toilet. The services are included (sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning). Baby equipment on request. WIFI.
