In the heart of the Cabardès, 15 minutes from Carcassonne and 2km from the village of Ventenac-Cabardès, discover the Gîte de la Bouriette. In a peaceful natural setting, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings while admiring the panoramic view of the surrounding hills and the Pyrenees in the background. The location is ideal for walking or cycling to discover the region and its flora and fauna. Nearby, you can discover and visit the many treasures of our department: the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the capitelles d'Aragon, the book village of Montolieu, the Cathar castles of Lastours and Saissac, and the magnificent natural landscapes of the Montagne Noire and its lakes. The village of Ventenac-Cabardès has a grocery shop, and Carcassonne is only 9km away. The gîte has a communal swimming pool (size 8x4x1.50, shared with the owners) where you can relax and unwind with a refreshing swim or on a sun lounger in the Midi sunshine. Next to the swimming pool, a shower room with shower and WC is at your disposal. A private terrace with stone garden furniture is located in front of the gîte, where you can eat and enjoy breakfast in the shade. You will also have access to the estate's outdoor area, which has garden furniture under the trees, a barbecue and a children's play area. There is private parking in front of the gîte. The gîte's interior furnishings are local and come from a short circuit to promote local and sustainable know-how. Semi-detached gîte comprising on the ground floor a living room with a dining area, a sitting area with sofa, armchair and connected TV, a fully-equipped fitted kitchen opening onto the living room. A laundry area with washing machine and a cupboard with games. Upstairs, a first bedroom with a 160cm bed, a second bedroom with a bed of unique and original design, a bunk bed with a 140cm bed and a small staircase leading to the 90cm bed, ideal for couples or children. A separate shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. Storage cupboards. WIFI connection. All-inclusive package: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Full baby equipment available on request.
