Villa House Mia is the perfect choice for a holiday with family or friends. The villa can accommodate a total of 10 guests in four bedrooms. The villa is located in the small Istrian town of Linjan, which is surrounded by many natural and cultural beauties.
The villa has a private pool and consists of two separate apartments. The villa is entered through a common entrance. One apartment is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. An excellent choice for larger groups or two families who want to spend their holiday together but still want privacy.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. An outdoor dining table for 6 people is available to guests. The terrace overlooks the pool, where you can cool off on hot summer days and then relax on the sun loungers.
On the first floor of the villa there is also a kitchen, dining room, living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. All bedrooms in the villa are air-conditioned.
The living room leads to the balcony with a dining table for 6 people. Here you can enjoy your breakfast with a view of the surroundings.
Villa House Mia is modernly furnished, but still gives a feeling of home that will surely encourage you to choose the villa again for your next holiday :)
Important: The villa is not intended for parties.The small fishing and farming village of Linjan is located in the south-east of the Istrian peninsula. The small village is situated on a hill with an enchanting view of the Kvarner Bay and the islands.
This area is characterised by clear sea and an indented coastline and is the perfect destination for exploring the underwater world and its beauty.
Hunting enthusiasts will also enjoy the dense oak forests! These areas are home to hares, pheasants, roe deer, wild boar and other game, which experienced hunters are sure to appreciate :)
You can also visit Monte Madonna or the Svetica hill. The hill is located near Pula. There you can see the fortress built by the Austro-Hungarian monarchy, which was used to guard the coast due to its strategic location.
Just 6 kilometres from Linjan is the lighthouse at Cape Marlera. The lighthouse is located near several islets and rocks to protect it from strong winds and sea currents.
Of course, we must not forget to mention Pula. By car, you can quickly reach the city, which is really worth seeing. Its most famous feature is the Pula Amphitheatre, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is the sixth largest in the world and was built for gladiatorial games. Today it is used for festivals, concerts, exhibitions and other events.
In addition to the amphitheatre, there are many other attractions in the city that you can explore on your own, and afterwards you should definitely relax in one of the cafés or restaurants that offer a great gastronomic experience.
