The gîte is on the ground floor and faces due south. It overlooks a vast green space where 3 huge chestnut trees provide shade and coolness. Its fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, bathroom with bath, spacious living room and 2 bedrooms will provide you with serenity and comfort. You'll be seduced by the charm and comfort of this gite, which has a country house feel and a private area with garden furniture where you can enjoy the surrounding countryside.

The swimming pool, relaxation area with SPA, Sauna & Fitness (extra charge €25 for 2 people), complete the facilities designed to offer you comfort and well-being.

Adjoining the 3 other gîtes, the ground floor comprises a large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a sofa, a TV and a dining table. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. A bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom opens onto the living room with two 80cm beds and leads to a second bedroom with a 140cm bed. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra. Baby equipment available on request. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed (€5/night/pet 2 maximum). Parking on the property. WIFI connection in the gîte. Laundry room with washing machine.
