La Citadelle is a top-of-the-range gîte. With its exposed stone walls, beams, staircase with wrought-iron banister, parquet-like tiled floor, top-of-the-range facilities, refined decor and private heated indoor swimming pool, this gîte combines the charm of old stone with modern materials. In summer and winter alike, you can relax with your family or friends in the private heated, covered and secure swimming pool. The swimming pool covers an area of 70 m2, forming with the gîte an area of 198 m2, which is entirely reserved for you.
You'll love the charm and comfort of this gite, which has a country house feel, and a private area with garden furniture where you can enjoy the surrounding countryside. The swimming pool, relaxation area with SPA, Sauna & Fitness (extra charge €25 for 2 people), complete the facilities designed to offer you comfort and well-being. A communal outdoor swimming pool, shared with 3 other gîtes and a guest room, is also available.
Outside, the gîte is surrounded by a large private lawn area, equipped with a garden table and chairs, as well as deckchairs and a barbecue. In fine weather, you can enjoy lunch in the garden and barbecue with friends - barbecue available. In winter, heat pump heating with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove ensure cosy, romantic evenings. The entire gîte has free Wi-Fi access, and all bedrooms, including the children's room, have a television and free wired internet access.
A dressing room and safe complete the quality facilities in this gîte. Adjoining the three other gîtes, the ground floor comprises a large living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a TV lounge area and a dining area with direct access via a few steps to the covered swimming pool area. A first bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room (walk-in shower, wc, washbasin). A second shower room with a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. Upstairs, three bedrooms: two with a double bed (160cm) and one with two bunk beds (90cm). A separate shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC.
