Nestled in the heart of the town of Gaillac, facing a historic setting and green nature, it is a starting point for enjoying a magnificent stay in this beautiful region of Occitan Tuscany.
In search of a peaceful place, but yet in the heart of the city, come and discover this cottage with a thousand facets where everyone will find what they are looking for with its different spaces (relaxation, leisure, sports, etc.) for both adults and children.
** THE GITE **
Take advantage of this completely renovated old building of approximately 450m² on 3 levels.
- On the ground floor: large living room under the arcades with lounge area and TV, NETFLIX and FIREPLACE in the corner of the sofa facing the bay window. Large dining table for 15 people, ideal for meals with family or friends, but also perfect for SEMINARS with video projector and fully equipped bar for welcoming groups. Independent toilet on the ground floor.
Fully equipped kitchen: two ovens, range cooker, large fridge and freezer, refrigerated cabinet, numerous coffee makers in the gîte, ice maker...
- On the 1st floor: sleeping area with 6 bedrooms all equipped with bathroom with private toilet.

The space that will delight children: a 140cm bed with an 80cm bed above; and a second bunk bed 120cm at the bottom, 80cm above and a 90cm pull-out bed if necessary.
- On the 2nd floor, the leisure and relaxation area: at the top of the stairs, BABYFOOT, chess board, darts, BILLIARDS and separate toilet on the second floor with bar (ice machine, coffee maker, sink). All while listening to modern or older music with the VINYLS provided.
* Still on the top floor: a real private CINEMA ROOM with 15 seats, immersed in darkness, you will have access to the quality of sound and image like a real cinema room; movie buffs welcome!
* Following the cinema room, a FITNESS ROOM to stay in shape or simply get a gentle introduction to sport.
* The cocoon: for a moment of beneficial relaxation, a wellness area is dedicated to you with SAUNA, HAMMAM and relaxation lounge and massage table.
Outside: from the living room, semi-covered terrace to shelter everyone to eat outside with plancha, Weber® barbecue and fryer. Enjoy a game of pétanque overlooking the Tarn river thanks to the large bowling green on the other side of the living room's bay windows.
From the terrace, spiral staircase to access the unheated SWIMMING POOL, open all year round, 1.20m deep. In this space, you will also enjoy the 6-seater SPA.
Continuing up the stairs, you access the large closed garage to store your cars. Thus, you access directly to the edge of the river where fishermen will have an ideal fishing spot, admiring the large Saint-Michel de Gaillac bridge.
