The house lies on its own enclosed property of 650 sqm, where guests have a private pool with sun deck, terrace with dining table, barbecue, trampoline and two parking spaces at their disposal. In Visnjan (3 km) there is a grocery shop, bakery, butcher, café, typical tavern, ATM and pharmacy.
Holiday house for 6 guests of 147 sqm is spread over two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with seating set, equipped kitchen and dining table, a double bedroom with private shower/toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a shared terrace with beautiful panoramic sea view. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
