This beautiful town house for 6 people offers a pleasant setting and is less than 5 minutes' walk from all the attractions of the medieval town: shops of all kinds, restaurants, cultural venues (cinema, theatre, museum), the historic streets of the Bastide Saint-Louis with its not-to-be-missed cultural events such as the town's music festival and local festivals, the Pôle Aqualudique aquatic complex for a refreshing dip in the summer, and the UNESCO World Heritage Canal du Midi.

The Cité de Carcassonne is around 10-15 minutes away on foot, and on the way you can enjoy the whole of Carcassonne. The banks of the River Aude are just a short stroll away and are an ideal place to walk or cycle and get in touch with nature for a while.

On site, there is a lovely private terrace with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy your lunch or evening meal. An adjoining private garage is available for parking your car or bicycles. The gîte is located in the town centre, but in a very quiet lane with little traffic (cars or pedestrians), ideal for relaxing.

The ground floor opens onto a corridor that leads to the first bedroom, which has a 140x190cm bed and a sofa with storage space. There is a separate bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. The garage is on the ground floor, accessible via a door, and has a washing machine. On the 1st floor, there is a dining room with a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. A first independent bedroom with a double bed (140cm) which communicates directly with the second bedroom equipped with a single bed (90x190cm). A second independent bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. On the 2nd floor, a lounge with sofa, armchairs and connected TV that leads to an unusual little room: an Irish bar. From the lounge you can access the terrace.

Baby equipment available on request. WIFI connection. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Pets are accepted only on request before your arrival and under good behaviour.
