Apartament Vista al Mar

Stunning apartment, designed to a high standard to offer a luxurious experience right in front of the beach. The views are simply breathtaking. Located in the very well-maintained urbanization Punta del Faro, this fabulous place offers tranquility and peace, yet only minutes’ walk from a busy coastal promenade in Torrox Costa, Málaga.

The apartment is located on the first floor with a lift and offers accommodation for up to 4 people. Upon entering to our left is a separate fully-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, electric stove, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and much more. An outside laundry corner with a washing machine is located here as well. The living room/dining room has plenty of room, and offers dining table, large Smart TV, comfortable sofa, and free Wifi. Through a double glazed large window is an access to a spacious covered terrace with two sun loungers and outside table to fully enjoy the outside space and the amazing sea views. The apartment comprises two double bedrooms each with two beds pushed together creating a king size bed for more comfort. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a hydro massage bath tub with a combination of a shower and bide. This south-east-facing bedroom has built in wardrobes and enjoys an access to the same large terrace as the living room. The second bedroom is north-east-facing and also has built-in wardrobe and a side terrace. Another separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. A rare feature is a central heating / cooling system throughout, clean and quiet. The rooms and living room also have modern style, electric ceiling fans.

The urbanization is a safe and gated community with spectacular and maintained gardens.In the summer months the residents and guests can enjoy a large outdoor community pool from 01/07 to 15/09 only. The apartment has one parking space in the communal garage and plenty of parking outside the urbanization.

Just a few steps away one can find itself on the beach and its fabulous beach restaurant open all year round.

The closest town is Torrox and is divided into two parts: Torrox Costa has tourist areas that offer beaches, coasts, restaurants and beach bars where you can enjoy the best climate in Europe. Just 4 km inland we find the beautiful Torrox Pueblo with a historic center and a relaxed atmosphere.
