A house, a harbour, a fjord and an unforgettable (snorkelling) holiday by the sea - the stately, two-storey finca Can Guillem Boquet opens its doors and windows to the terrace and balcony wide so as not to miss a single moment of seaside bliss. Its sea-facing side is all the more magnificent than the side facing the gravelled car park and carport - after all, you should concentrate on the essentials. This is a Fincallorca holiday home. This finca is simply magnificent! The charm of the sea and the outdoor areas of Can Guillem Boquet are hard to resist, while the interiors offer an oasis of calm and a mix of modern comfort and rustic charm. After whipping up something in the spotlessly clean fitted kitchen, you can enjoy a cosy meal in front of the fireplace and TV in the living/dining room or outside at the table on the terrace. The three bedrooms with 1.60 x 2 metre double mattresses on the ground floor and the single beds next to each other on the upper floor are kept simple, as the view of the sea is the main focus here, with terrace access downstairs and a shared sunny balcony upstairs. There is a bathroom with bath or shower on each floor, and if it gets too crowded, there is always the water jet outside, which should spray away most of the sand after a visit to the beach. With one foot in Porto Cristo and the other (almost) in the sea, the finca "Can Guillem Boquet" offers the ideal conditions for a perfect holiday. The secluded Cala Petita is just a few steps away, the picturesque harbour with its shops and fish restaurants is 2.5 km away and a stroll along the promenade. And for larger shopping trips, Manacor is 15 km away.
