La Maison Galine can accommodate your whole tribe, with its layout ideally designed for everyone to enjoy together, while still benefiting from their independence, and all less than an hour from Toulouse and less than 45 minutes from Albi!

The gîte consists of an upper part (the House) that sleeps up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms. The ground floor of the house is made up of a studio for 2 people and a T3 which can accommodate 4 people (two bedrooms).

** THE HOUSE **

For 10 people with 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets and washing machine.
   - Large air-conditioned living room with fully equipped kitchen and lounge with TV and fireplace.
      * The kitchen includes: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo® and Senseo® filter and pod coffee makers, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, raclette machine.
   - Bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate toilet in the hallway,
   - One bedroom with double bed (140x190cm)
   - Second bedroom with 2 bunk beds sleeping 4 (90x190cm)
   - Third bedroom with 2 twin beds (80x190cm) and small private shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Upstairs, ideal for children: 2 attic bedrooms, each with 2 80x190cm beds, a play area and air conditioning.

** T3 **

Accessible from the outside on one level, or from the first floor of the house, the T3 sleeps 4 people.
   - Air-conditioned living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and sitting area with TV
   - Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190cm) that can be moved closer together
   - Bathroom accessible from the living room with large shower, washbasin and toilet.

** THE STUDIO **

Accessible from the outside on one level, or from the first floor of the house, the studio sleeps 2 people with a double bed in the main living area.
   - Fully-equipped kitchenette, dining table, sofa with TV.
   - Shower room with basin and wc
   - Double bed 140x190cm in the living room in the sleeping area

** Outside: large garden of around 2000m² all around the house with a terrace at the bottom of the house (on the T3 level) with a large wooden play area for children: 4 towers linked by footbridges, wave slide, double swing, climbing wall, climbing rope, sandpit... A 4m diameter trampoline, sun loungers and charcoal barbecue.
Second covered terrace on the same level as the house, accessible from the living room. Second barbecue, portico with swing and view of the pool. The above-ground swimming pool is 5.50 m in diameter and 1.20 m deep, and is open from May to September.

Ample parking at the entrance to the property, road nearby (village). Pets are welcome free of charge, but a deposit of €150 is required. Unenclosed plot. Numerous baby facilities: high chair, bath, cot, pushchair, etc.
