This spacious and welcoming house is ideal for family holidays, offering peace and tranquility with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. With its 190m², it can comfortably accommodate 10 people, with the possibility of adding a 90 cm bed for an 11th person.
Upon entering, you will discover a large entrance hall that leads to the living room on one side, equipped with a library and a television, perfect for relaxation. On the other side, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and all necessary cooking appliances, opens onto a warm dining room. A WC is also located on the ground floor for added convenience.
Upstairs, a large hallway with a reading corner invites you to relax. You will find four spacious bedrooms: two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed each, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and the fourth with a 140 cm bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. Another bathroom with a shower and WC is also available on this floor.
Outside, the large unfenced garden offers an ideal space to enjoy the fresh air and outdoor meals with a barbecue. Both children and adults will enjoy the ping-pong table and the two bikes provided. A garage is also available to shelter your vehicles.
Located in a peaceful setting, the house is the perfect starting point to explore the surroundings. You can enjoy hikes with magnificent views of the Pyrenees, water activities 30 minutes away by car at Lake Ganguise, and discover the charming nearby villages like Mirepoix, famous for its medieval market.
