It has a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, a dishwasher. The apartment has a balcony with a sea view. The facility is located in the second street from the sea; far enough away from the summer bustle and at an ideal distance from all the facilities that are offered. The distance from the city beach is 100 meters, from the center 300 meters. The nearest beaches are sandy, rocky and concrete. Accompanying facilities offered on the beaches are: a children's town by the sea, an amusement park (mini golf, toy car rides, big balls, etc.), aquagan, parachute rides, pedal boats, tire rides, sunbeds, umbrellas, catering facilities. There are also trampolines and a playground for children on the beach. Diving club Mihurić is 400 m from the building. It is possible to park the car on the street in front of the house or in the private yard. Bed linen, towels, air conditioning, wi-fi and tourist tax are included in the price. City bus and taxi boat go to nearby Crikvenica. You can reach Crikvenica in half an hour on foot along the promenade by the sea. The promenade continues to Dramlje and Jadranovo (about 15 km in total).
