The Domaine Borie Neuve, located in the Minervois region just 20 minutes from Carcassonne, invites you to enjoy an exceptional setting.
The cottage is on one level: it features a small enclosed garden leading to a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, an entrance into a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a hallway leading to a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a dressing room, and a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be joined together.
You can relax at the pool area (10x5 meters), shared with the three other cottages and the guest room located on the same estate.
A communal laundry room with a washing machine and an iron is available, shared with the other cottages.
Dogs are accepted subject to their size and at a cost of 50€ per week.
Finally, you can taste the wines and visit the cellars of the estate, and in the surrounding area, there are many tourist sites with marked hiking trails.
