Holiday house Ca'N Palleta

This finca is located on the outskirts of a small, traditional Majorcan town in a quiet area and only 4 km of beautiful pristine beaches.

On the ground floor, a spacious hall with access to other floors, a spacious living room with sofa, TV 52-inch plasma, satellite, DVD, stereo, piano, fireplace ..., dining room with a table for 10 people, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher ..., laundry (washing machine, frogona, broom ...), a bathroom with shower and toilet, two bathrooms with toilet, bathtub vide ... (one of which is ensuite and has jacuzzi), three rooms:
- One with two single beds 90 cm wide by 2.00 m long.
- One with a double bed 2.00m x 1.50m.
- And the other (which has the en suite bathroom and dressing room), has a double bed 1.80mx 2.00m.

This spectacular country house consists of over 300 m² living space on three floors with a capacity for 10 people. The house has 5 bedrooms, spacious kitchen, living room, spacious living room.

On the second floor, find a gym balcony with stationary bike, weights ... which has lovely views.

All rooms of the house and they pose cabinets vented to the outside (except gym-viewpoint).

Outside there is also a lovely barbecue beside the pool, fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, dishwasher, sofas, bar, fridge, grill, wood oven, sink, satellite plasma TV (52 inches) ... . and a bathroom with shower, wc ...

Besides having a spectacular roof terrace around the house with barbecue, private pool, beautiful garden, the farm has 5000 square feet of property.

The house has free WIFI for guests, music and central heating (10h/dia) the winter months, around the house. The wifi and background music are also available in the pool and barbecue.

Just 4 km we find various leisure activities such as diving, golf, shopping ... also enjoy the wonderful views of the marina of Cala D'or, the marina of Porto Colom ...

    “Ca'n Palleta is a truly magnificent house - big, spacious and beautifully traditional. We were a family of 10 ( which included 3 children). We spent a week there - 28/10 to 04/11. The weather for that week was not good but the accommodation was so spacious, well furnished and equipped that we could all do our own thing without stepping on each others toes. it was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout with more than enough bathrooms.
    It was surrounded by beautiful gardens which included a huge swimming and an outside building for bbq etc. The whole property is securely fenced in and gated. it is a rural property and a car is essential.
    I must say that it truly exceeded our expectations being even more spectacular than how it appeared on the website photos. I would highly recommend it for to anyone seeking a quiet relaxing holiday.”

    “Eine tolle Finca, mit schönem Pool und dazu gehöriger Bar. Sehr schöne Raumaufteilung mit viel Platz, schönen Schlafräumen und dazu gehörigen Bädern. Pool und Aussenanlage sehr gepflegt.”
