The yard is completely fenced and thus offers privacy and is a good choice for families with children and pets. You can enjoy in pure nature, bike paths as well as walking and hiking trails, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic herbs for enjoyment by all nature and outdoor activity enthusiasts. Nearby is a significant ancient Roman archaeological site Asseria, after which this villa was named, and the Vrana Lake Nature Park with its ornithological reserve and the famous lookout Kamenjak.
