Welcome to this spacious holiday home set close to Marstrand. This is a perfect place for two families or a larger group of friends. Marstrand is the sailing metropolis of the west coast! Your house features a large, attractive terrace that faces south and another terrace to the east, facing the hill.

The interior of the house is beautifully decorated and you will really feel at home here. The kitchen and living room are open plan and open onto the spacious south side terrace. There are two bedrooms in the house, one with a double bed, the other with one single bed and one bunk bed. There is a bathroom featuring a WC, wash basin, and shower. You also have access to two simple guest houses with two beds in each and there is also an annex featuring a bathroom with a WC. The washing machine is in a separate annex and you share it with the landlord. Half of your house is a combined garage/ studio and the other half is where you will stay.

It is just a few minutes' walk to the lovely beach with it's cliffs, sand and bathing dock. The beautiful town of Marstrand is three kilometres away. Your cottage is about 30 metres from Marstrandsvägen (road 168). The landlord lives about 20 metres away.

The island has been a popular summer destination since the middle ages, one of it's lovely sights is the old fortress Carlstens Fästning. The island is a favourite amongst royalty. It offers everything one could ask for; swimming, sailing, entertainment, the theatre, events, restaurants and cafés.

    “Die beiden Terrassen waren toll, die Lage (Entfernung zu Marstrand) ist top, aber leider liegt das Haus an einer Straße und es gibt keinen Zugang zum Wasser - nur über ein Privatgrundstück.”
