This spacious and bright villa in Majorca is perfect for relaxing break on the island. The interior of the property is modern and attractive, whilst furnishings are a very high quality, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests will be impressed by the open plan kitchen, whilst the adjacent terrace offers plenty of space to share a meal. Outside you will also find there is a private wooded area and secluded swimming pool for you to enjoy whilst exploring the large natural plot on which the villa is based. Nearby Montuiri, one of the oldest villages in Majorca with Gothic facades and steep streets, is a hidden gem. Here you will find a local bakery, newsagent, post office and restaurants offering genuine Majorcan cuisine, charming shops, pubs, a market and supermarkets, but also a pharmacy and doctors. N.B.The last part of the road leading up to the house is not asphalted.

    “Wir hatten sehr erholsame Urlaubstage in dem Objekt. Sind aber dennoch mit einigen Dingen nicht einverstanden

    schönes und großes Haus und ausreichend für 8 Personen, großer Pool ABER
    keine funktionierende Beleuchtung im Poolbereich, die Mikrowelle funktionierte nicht, lose Steckdose im Küchenbereich (!!!), der Gasgrill funktionierte nicht (selber repariert), zu wenig Auflagen für Stühle (0) und Liegen (3) im Außenbereich, kein ausreichend großer Sonnenschirm, den Pool haben wir selber mit Wasser nachgefüllt und gereinigt, die Gartenpfleger kamen ohne Ankündigung immer am Sonntag 09:30 Uhr und legten los (muss nicht sein - keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter), die Matratze im Doppelbett im OG hatte das Maß 200x160 und das Bettgestell 200x200 (praktische Ablage), die zur Verfügung gestellte Bettwäsche, Handtücher haben wir selber gewaschen, kennen wir aus Italien, Kroatien nicht.
    Ob die Wasserpumpe vom Pool über die Elektrozähleruhr des Mieters laufen muss, bleibt bei dem Preis von 2.000€/Woche zu diskutieren bzw, zu hinterfragen. Das zeigte auch der Stromverbrauch 660 kW/3 Wochen! Den Müll muss man in die 12 km entfernte Sammelstelle in Monuiiri abfahren, ist ok, besser als an den überfüllten Stellen am Straßenrand ablegen.
