This beautiful stone house from the nineteenth century is located at the edge of the picturesque village of Monteleone Sabino, in the Sabine Mountains, between the valleys of the Turano and Farfa. It is in the immediate vicinity of the ruins of the archaeological site of "Trebula Mutuesca" , one the most important of the region Lazio. The house is tastefully furnished and has typical features of the farmhouses in the area, such as wooden beams, stone or tiled floors and fireplace. The garden, with its beautiful swimming pool and partly shaded areas, invites to spend relaxing moments outdoors. Enjoy the panoramic view over the valleys of Sabina and the Benedictine sanctuary of Santa Vittoria (150 m). This villa is an ideal location for civil and religious weddings. On request it is, in fact, possible to organize weddings and catering services. Two bedrooms have access to a terrace overlooking the garden.
