This modern holiday house is set in the country-side at 9 km from Altopascio and situated between the provinces of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Set in a silent position at the edge of a small wood, you will find it ideal for interesting excursions to the main touristic places in Tuscany.

The stunning property (10.000 m2) is totally fenced with a large, equipped lawn where you can barbecue and use the wood-oven and experience some alfresco dining. There is also a very inviting swimming pool and relax area with gazebo where ou can sit, relax and soak up the sun and beautiful surroundings. The children can benefit from a Swing and table tennis and there is also WIFI free of charge.

Inside the property you will find air conditioning on the first floor. There are 4 pleasingly decorated bedrooms, all that have a bright, airy and comfortable feel. The accommodation can fit up to 7 guests. There is also a well equipped kitchen and laundry room.


The location is perfect for many day trips and basic needs too. 1 km away is the alimentary shops, 3 km away is the super-market, 6 km away you will find Altopascio, 9 km for Fucecchio, and 21 km for Montecatini Terme for golf. Be sure to travel the 22 km to the thermal baths of Monsummano, or 27 km to Lucca, 34 km to Pisa, 48 km to Florence, and 50 km for the beautiful beaches.
