This charming house is located on the western end of the island, with direct views of the sea and Punta Galera.
You will reach it climbing a winding dirt road (1.7 km), but once there is rewarded.
On the top floor, where it is the main entrance, there is a hall that connects the main entrance to the kitchen and the living room. It is a large, undivided where there is a kitchen, a lounge, a dining room and a conservatory as a reading corner room space. This plant has two terraces: one facing south directly connected to the kitchen and equipped with a wooden porch. The other north connected directly to the living room with fantastic sea views. It also has wooden porch.
Complete this 2nd floor bedrooms (one double and one with 4 single beds) with en suite each and fully equipped. Both rooms and bathrooms have natural ventilation and sea views.
The lower floor is accessed from the terrace via external stairs. The ground floor consists of the 1 double bedroom with bathroom en suite, both with natural ventilation and storage room. The bedroom has ocean views and access to the pool.
Outside there is a small pool with water overflow. The effect is a very pleasant sound of water falling over a waterfall.
Around there are various relaxation areas: two small hidden terraces where you can enjoy exceptional views, an area of fruit with orange and mandarin, a forest area in the south side of the house and a small Japanese garden on the north side with cactus and olive trees.
From the house there is a path to reach a semi Creek use (only for the few neighbors who are in the area) for about 5 minutes. Most famous coves near the house are Cala Salada and Cala Gracio.
