    “I am not a ski fan, therefore I cannot comment the area from this perspective. I saw a lot of people enjoying it all day long (and late evenings), the lifts were functioning whenever I drove around, the scenery is nice. The road is in good condition, properly cleaned (although we had enough snow), and we used the location for many road trips around. Grocery options are limited (one Spar in Rauris), but the basics are covered. I did not care much about shopping.”

    “Rauris heeft een kleiner skigebied (ongeveer 35 km aan pistes) met 3 gondels, waar nauwelijks wachtrijen voor waren in de drukke week van carnaval. Er heerst een prettige, rustige sfeer. Geen rare onverantwoorde race-acties van de berg.
    Het dorpje is langgerekt en rustig.. Kortom heel geschikt voor families.”
