This house is located in a beautiful area with woods and meadows. The nearest lake where you can go swimming and fishing is just 100 meters away from the house. At the back of the house there is a terrace where you can enjoy the evening sunlight. Kalkmar and Karlskrona are located at equal distances away from the house. In the ancient town of Kalmar there is a Renaissance castle and ruins dating back to the Middle Ages as well as many restaurants and shops. You can also visit Öland and enjoy the beautiful natural landscape of the island. Around the house you will find fantastic forests. The Möre Golf Course is situated in a beautiful location 20 km away.

    “Das Haus befindet sich in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Dielen in der Küche sind morsch sowie das Geländer an der Veranda vor dem Haus, die Aussenbeleuchtung flackert Tag und Nacht, der Abfluss in der Dusche wurde von uns gereinigt damit das Wasser wieder abläuft, dies sind nur ein teil der Mängel.
    Geputzt wurde das Haus auch lange nicht mehr. Weder bei Anreise noch bei Abreise geschweige denn wärend des Aufenthalts war jemand anwesend oder erreichbar, eine Endabnahme erfolgte nicht, was den Zustand bei Ankunft erklärt. Das Wasser kommt aus einem auf dem Grundstück befindlichen Brunnen, was nicht schlimm wäre wenn das Wasser nicht sehr trüb aus der Leitung kommen würde. Es wurde mit stillem Wasser aus dem Supermarkt gekocht.Im gesamten Haus lässt sich keines der Fenster öffnen was ein Lüften unmöglich macht.
    Unser Fazit ist für diesen Preis haben wir keine Luxusherberge erwartet, aber das Haus müsste dringend grundsaniert werden.
