House in Sayalonga with Beautiful Garden

This property is located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada on the Costa del Sol, about two kilometres from Sayalonga. Located in the campo, the property offers privacy, peace and quiet and stunning views of the Mediterranean and the mountains.

You can park your car either in the enclosed garage or on the fully enclosed property. Located in the foothills above the Costa del Sol, the house and the garden offer an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. The views, the private pool (4 m x 10 m), the palm trees, the beautiful garden, the outdoor shower, the barbecue, the patios with the awnings all ensure a relaxing and beautiful stay here.

The spacious, one level holiday home is accessible via two steps at the entrance. There is a living area with a modernly furnished living and dining room, the adjacent kitchen, equipped with all necessities and adjacent to that a glass enclosed room with a fireplace with views of the patio, the pool, the ocean and the mountains. The two bedrooms are furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and built in closets; one of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a walk through room, furnished with two sofa beds each accommodating two people (140 x 200 cm). There are two additional beds, which can be placed into the larger bedroom. The maximum capacity of the house is eight people. Furthermore, there is a spacious second bathroom. The two bathrooms offer a sink, a shower, a bidet and a toilet; the larger bathroom also has a urinal. The house has central gas heating, three air conditioning units (dining room, bedroom, tv/bedroom), as well as a sauna, making it a comfortable property year round. Wireless internet access is available in all rooms.

It is about 40 minutes to the Malaga airport via the motorway. The closest grocery store is only two kilometres from the house. Sayalonga is a white village. We also recommend a trip to Cómpeta and Frigiliana, Algoborro and Nerja.

The property is accessible via mostly tarmacked Campo roads. Only about 400 meters are non-tarmacked. It does not take long to get used to driving on these roads.

    “Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Berge ist unbeschreiblich. Das Haus ist super sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben morgens das Frühstück auf der Sonnenterasse und abends die Sauna und den kalten Pool sehr genossen. Das WLAN ist zuverlässig und super schnell.
    Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die doch schwierige Anfahrt auf kleinen Straßen und Wegen. Darüber hinaus sind die Möbel im Haus wenig gemütlich.”

    “Een heerlijk huis op een bijzondere plek met het allermooiste uitzicht. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het heeft twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers.Als je met meerdere personen gaat moeten die op een slaapbank of kinderbedje. De indeling van het huis is byzonder te noemen. Het was super schoon. H”

    “Wir, 2 Pärchen waren im September für 5 Tage in der Villa Palmeras .
    Die Hinreise war dank Anne sehr einfach, wir wurden in Sayalonga von Anne (Sayalonga Sol S.L.) empfangen und zur Villa begleitet. Der Weg führt zum Teil über eine relativ schmale und etwas holprige Bergstraße zu unseren Ziel (war nur beim ersten Mal etwas abenteuerlich).
    Bei Ankunft wurde von Anne noch alles erklärt und dann konnten wir das großzügig geschnittene Haus beziehen. (Anne steht auch für Rückfragen immer tel. zur Verfügung). Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und es gibt genug Stauraum, Küche super ausgestattet, Badezimmer ebenfalls gut im Schuss und relativ groß.
    Das Highlight der Garten mit schön angelegter Terrasse (mit unterschiedlichen Sitzplätzen), Pool und einem traumhaften Ausblick!!! - perfekt zum Relaxen.
    Es stehen ausreichend Gartenmöbel/Liegen zur Verfügung, sowie ein schöner Grillkamin. Bei Schlechtwetter ist mit Brettspielen, Darts und Lesestoff für Groß und Klein vorgesorgt.
    Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (für größeren Einkauf) gibt es z.B. in Torrex (auch Lidl) – hier muss man etwas Zeit einplanen da es durch die Bergstraße doch etwas mühsam ist – allerdings wird man immer mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge oder auf das Meer belohnt.
    Die Villa ist sehr empfehlenswert und schreit nach Wiederholung!”
