Not far from San Feliciano (2 km), lies this nice holiday accommodation, which is located on a hillside overlooking the lake. Tucked between the Mediterranean vegetation, one enters the kitchen via the covered terrace. The decor is simple and functional. The holiday home is the annex of a villa, which is inhabited during the summer months by the owners. Guests have a private terrace and garden area, where you can sunbathe among olive trees and enjoy the sunset over the lake. In the nearby San Feliciano it is possible to enjoy nice promenades along the banks, eat fish or take the ferry to the small romantic islands of the lake. Everywhere along the lake, there are smaller or larger bays with sandy beach. The two larger towns along the lake Castiglione del Lago and Passignano offer various restaurants, bars and shops. Furthermore, in less than an hour's drive, you can reach nearby Umbrian and Tuscan towns: Perugia (20 km), Cortona (30 km), Arezzo (60 km), Montepulciano (30 km), Pienza (40 km) and many more.

    “Sehr schön gelegenes Häuschen inmitten von Olivenbäumen, etwas ober- und ausserhalb des Ortes, fantastischer Blick auf den See.
    Einfach eingerichtet, schlechte WLAN-Verbindung, keine Klimaanlage.”

    “Haus und Garten sehr ordentlich und grosszügig. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
    Echt gute Komplettausstattung. Alles empfehlenswert.
    Vermieter wohnen zwischenzeitlich ganzjährig, jedoch ohne zu stören, oberhalb der Ferienwohnung.”

    “Sehr schönes Haus im toskanischen Stil mit geräumigen, sehr schön eingerichteten Zimmern, einer großzügigen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno und einen wunderschönen großen Garten. Im Grunde ist alles vorhanden und wenn nicht kümmern sich die außerordentlich gast- und kinderfreundlichen, sehr liebenswerten Vermieter (wohnen direkt oberhalb des Ojektes) darum.

    Einkaufen und gut Essen gehen, kann man im ca. 2 km entfernten Ort. Schöne Liegeplätze am See sind in 5 km bzw. 10 km Entfernung vorhanden.

    Alles in allem passt hier Preis/Leistung.”
