Apartment in El Cotillo and Ocean Views

The small, yet cosy balcony lets you enjoy your breakfast while taking in ocean views. The sunsets are also gorgeous here. The communally accessible roof terrace offers views of the beach and the 17th century fortress tower, is furnished with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The 40 m² holiday flat, located on the second floor of a residential building and accommodates two people. It boasts a living/dining room furnished with chairs, seating accommodation and a satellite television. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a ceran stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a dishwasher. The separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The bathroom boasts a shower, a toilet, a sink and a hair dryer. The house does not have air conditioning or heating. Two fans are made available free of charge.

It is 50 meters to the town centre, the harbour, bars, clubs and restaurants. The closest supermarket is 200 meters from the property. It is about 250 m to sandy beach and the ocean. Museums abound on Fuerteventura. It is 10-12 minutes to beautiful coves.

Wireless internet access is available. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

    “Nice and well equipped apartment at a rather quiet corner of El Cotillo. Nice wiews from the shared roof terrace, even if it's not sea-side. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants. A bit longer to the beaches and bike/drive to the better lagoons.
    The apartment contain all things needed for 2 persons that are tired of hotels and "all-inclusive", including valuable tip from the landlord..”

    “Von Ende Januar bis Mitte Februar waren wir 3 Wochen in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Es ist wirklich so wie in der Beschreibung: sehr geräumig, schön und praktisch eingerichtet, auch die Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, sowie Mikrowelle und alles in bestem Zustand. Von der Dachterrasse sieht man zum Meer und die Lagunen auf der anderen Seite des Dorfes sind auch für kleine Kinder geeignet. Wer kein Kyte-Surfer oder Surfer ist und trotzdem weiten Strand und kräftigere Wellen möchte, der kann einfach, so wie wir, auf die andere Seite der Insel fahren, zu den großen Dühnen von El Jable. Das sind 25 km, also gar nicht weit, und ein Auto wird ja sicher doch jeder dabei haben. In El Cotillo selbst gibt es mehrere Restaurants, einen prima Bäcker und etwas weiter entfernt, am Ortsausgang, auch einen gut sortierten Supermarkt, sogar mit Diät- und Allergiker-Lebensmitteln. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist aber auch Boris, der Vermieter. Ein sehr liebenswürdiger Mensch, der sich um alle Belange kümmert, viele Tipps parat hat, immer zu erreichen und äußerst hilfsbereit ist. Fazit: Es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt wieder dorthin fahren!!”
